It feels like cotton with some stretch to it. Shoulder pads (could be removed). I’m assuming, this is Russell Kemp, but not sure. One of a kind type item, Pink, Orange, Red, Yellow, Blue, White, Black Psychedelic jacket with piping on collar and “belt” area. Unusual Rare coat. 70’s, 80’s. Very cool, fun, bright! In perfect condition.
