parshkay31 @missstmarie I can’t say for sure. I’ve had it for a few years and I don’t know the technical name for it, nor do I have the tags or anything. It is a winter coat, I would say it is definitely at least water resistant but I don’t know if it’s water proof per say. I hope that’s helpful.
