Vintage linen floral feminine garden party dress !

This dress is so beautiful! It is hand made from a heavy cotton /linen with green linen accents at the waist and the neck. It has a fabulous floral print. Pit to pit, across the front measures 17 inches. Waist lying flat measures 14 inches side to side.Hips lying flat side to side are about 22 inches. Waist to him is 41 inches.
