bl8tentkaty @da9899 sorry it took so long.....moving is the worse! It’s kind of hard to measure. With a cloth tape it’s 30” but the material stretches. It’s definitely not for large chested women. It doesn’t fit me (36) but it fits my sister (34C) for comparison.
