@ashyazmin it’s NWT as stated in the listing. I bought it, tried it on and relisted it since it didn’t fit me. I didn’t wear it. Hope this helps!

@danitapita10 chest is approximately 19.75”. The straps are adjustable so the length will vary a tiny bit. From the top of the straps to the bottom, it was approximately 62”.
