This is a medium weight material. It is a crisp white with blue embroidery. Wide bell sleeves and a tie at the waist. Zips up the back. It is almost new. One little discoloration on a sleeve only. See pic. Pockets are still sewn shut front and back. Dress it down with sandals or up with heels! Dry Clean Only.
