Adorable Special Occasion Mini by B. Smart

This royal blue mini was purchased in juniors from JCPenneys and only worn twice, so it’s in great condition! It has adjustable straps, a back zip, a couple layers to the skirt I showed in the pics to add a little poof and flare to the style, and a bit of padding in the bust I also showed. Looks great with heels or even a dressy pair of Chucks if you really want to be comfortable and get your dance on! Measures 15 inches lying flat at the bottom of the sequins with no stretch to the fabric.
