NWT Indigo Blue Prom Dress / Evening Gown

NEVER WORN. TAGS STILL ATTACHED. Long, floor-length prom dress / evening gown with some sparkle and a low back. Stunning indigo color. Blueish purple. Size 7 on the tag but could also fit sizes 4-6. Maybe would need to be taken in a little if size 4 depending on how fitted the wearer wants the dress to be.
