This really pretty Evan Picone halter style dress is a black and white polka dot poly/spandex fabric. Full a-line skirt with ruched waistband, and halter style top. It’s just a really pretty dress in excellent previously owned condition. Measurements: Size 8 Length 43” Bust across the front from armpit to armpit 20” Waist across the front 15.5”
