kyplatinum @traciterm under the bust is 13 inches and it is elasticized so it stretches. I posted additional pics with measuring tape. I would compare it to other Free people items that you own. Like I said, I’m older and don’t feel comfortable showing that much and you’re a size smaller than me. I hope that helps!
