Lush cute black skirt with string

Cute little black skirt. I believe I originally purchased it from Francesca’s store. Has a zipper in the back for easy putting on the skirt but having it tighter around your waist /hips. The size says Large, but it seems more like a medium fit because it shrunk the first time I washed it.
