Vintage | 90s Polka Dot Tie Back Sleeveless Dress

Very cute, versatile dress that fits great because of the tie back straps. Looks cute on its own, or with a shirt layered underneath. Cute with sandals, books, or sneakers. Some sun damage (I think) on the front— only shows in certain lights. Would best fit S-M: Pit to pit: 20" Length: 50" Pretty sure it’s navy with white dots, but it’s so dark that it’s hard to tell.
