Clear block heel velvet booties size 8 1/2

In mint condition boots. I wore them twice and never got to enjoy them again. These are size 8 but fits a bit bigger like a 8 1/2. Boots are velvet and color was really hard to catch on picture, more like a night blue almost black but dark blue. Sides have some clear pvc to show more of the leg. Heels are 4 inches tall. No box just the booties
