Italian-made “Jai alai” sleeveless sweater

Very cool moss-green wool sweater, lined. Worn a 2-3 times. Crazy-lining, see pics. It has always looked like this. On lining in front, there was a very scratchy label near bottom hem, was glued in, so I removed it. That’s the dark square, it’s an image of a mountain/volcano. Sweater has darts on lining. I’d say it’s a small. Measures 17.5 inches armpit to armpit. 17.5 inches from bottom of neckline to front hem. length in back is 20 inches.
