These are so beautiful and are brand new with tags! Pants measure 18.5” across the front of waist band and waistband does plenty of stretch if needed. Inseam measures 31” and pants have a 13.5” rise. They are high rise. Sorry but no trades, holds, or modeling. All my items come from a smoke free home.
