This special occasion black & slightly off-white dress is fantastic! With its abstract floral design, slightly off the shoulder straps w/elastic for the perfect fit, “V” notch at the neckline, pockets, hidden zipper w/hook & eye closure in the back, lined, & has a black belt. There are a few small discoloration in the lining (see pic)-can’t see when wearing it. Measures approx. 34-1/2” from shoulder to hem, waist line is 13”, & chest area is 16”(measured 1” down from armpit). Only worn once!
