greeneyes2die4 Question: Is this lined? Also, I'm a size XL to 1X and very full in the bottom area, will this stretch to accommodate a bigger bottom and I'm smaller on top, if I wear it on the shoulder would the scoop come down too far? I like to be modest and prefer a higher peasant scoop. Thanks

kgsouthbeach @greeneyes2die4 Hi! Thanks for your questions! First, no…it's not lined. It's very lightweight with a lot of gathers and tiers, preventing it from being too sheer. Unfortunately, the gathers and tiers give it weight and the appearance of having more fabric too it than it actually does. I'm afraid it may be too small or it may fit, but not hang like it should. The top of the dress may be fine, but probably a little snug under your arms. (continued)

kgsouthbeach @greeneyes2die4 The scoop area is pretty adjustable (good quality elastic & craftsmanship!) so I think that area would suit you. It's my opinion (after looking closely at the dress) that the dress would fit you, but I don't think it would fit you in the way that it should. I'm truly sorry! It's such a lovely dress! I can look to see if Easel offers it in plus sizes and maybe order some because these dresses are great!

kgsouthbeach @greeneyes2die4 I have looked all over Poshmark for a blue, tie dyed maxi dress and I have found several. However, some are more like a long tee shirt (with pockets!) and some are with spaghetti straps and some are long sleeves. Can you tell me what style you are looking for? I know you don't want a low neckline and need some extra fabric in the bottom. But, I need to know more about the style…long sleeves or short? Dressy or more casual look? Just general stuff like that.

I'm always on Poshmark, searching other people's closets to see what's trending so I need to know what to keep my eyes pealed for so I can find you the perfect dress! (I love this job! I quit my 25 year career in law to work twice as hard and make half the money, but it's hard to call this a job! I'm surrounded by beautiful clothes!)

greeneyes2die4 @kgsouthbeach My daughter does the same thing...she works for someone in Beverly Hills taking the photos and putting merchandise on Poshmark and other venues. I looked at my daughter's personal Poshmark but she is selling high end clothes and shoes more for tiny people. She mentioned that I should be her buyer as I hit the 2nd hand stores a lot. I'm thinking about it.

greeneyes2die4 (con't)...As for me style...Bohemian, Hippie style. Long sleeves, short sleeves and 3/4 sleeves are good...I usually will wear a tee under spaghetti straps...peasant type tops or dresses. Aline or full...I will wear leggings under if it's a short dress. Maxi skirts or dresses made from gauze, linen, cotton, or rayon is good.

greeneyes2die4 (Con't)...Skirts and dresses, I would prefer no slits but if there are, then a small slit, not one that goes way up the leg...elastic waist or draw string...empire waist is good too. Skirts and dresses lined if possible if not, then enough material gathered so you can't see through it...

kgsouthbeach @greeneyes2die4 I'm sitting here reading your comments and nodding my head because I like the same styles YOU wear. I'm at the age where my hemlines must come down and the necklines need to come up. And, I don't like showing my arms. I've got an assistant, but she handles the inventory part of this job. I'm VERY picky about my pictures and my listings! OCD picky! But my assistant does such a great job at making sure I'm able to find things quickly when I need them and I'm losing her to the Navy!

kgsouthbeach @greeneyes2die4 (Cont. from above) So, I'm freaking out because I cannot do all this on my own! I work out of my home and I don't want just anyone in here. So, a friend of mine has a friend who has a daughter who is 16 and looking for a part time job. I'm hoping that it works out with her because I'm honestly FREAKING OUT! I can barely keep up with what I do….much less the time consuming part of folding, putting items in clear bags and assigning it an inventory number. I couldn't do it!
