The rings do come off, if you want to replace, but I personally dont think it’s very noticeable. The inside liner is like new, super clean! It’s got 6 outer storage compartments and 5 on the inside. Snap closure. It’s a really cute bag that I used off and on for probably a year. Beautiful soft leather, well made bag! B-3
