poohshoes Thank you so much for this information. I got a bad fake one. Thank goodness I tried it on my arm first. It burnt my arm and the seller lost their selling privileges due to my injuries and she couldn't provide invoices for her inventory.

d_redd06 @sarinajesw check this post out ^^ it helped me determine my product was fake as well as me just looking at the product like did they change their packaging? But nope it was fake. If you purchased already just file the claim with pos mark and send pictures of the label on the bottle and package etc

jdmouse4550 Hello, I am wondering if you know, if the triple lipid resotre 2.4.2 comes with a shiny finish top instead of a matte finish? I purchased a sealed in plastic new box on Poshmark and there are only two differeneces between this one and my old authentic container. The bottom of my original has a small hole punched into the glass and has a matte finish top. Otherwise the box, and all of the markings match as well as the bar code and I even looked up the batch code and that reccognized as well.
