Scene empire waist dress

This cute dress has a lower front neckline with ruching around the empire band at the bust, and soft box pleats at the skirt. Knee length on me and I’m 5’ 6”. I wore this dress on two separate cruises. Nice arm coverage with elastic at sleeves. Flowy stretchy fabric. In great condition!
