isabellevip Hello, I would say it can fit a size 10-12 because the waist is both elastic and tie. I think the most accurate way to figure out size is measurement. I just measured it for you. Across the front waist, laying flat, not stretched is about 15.5 inches. It can be stretched out to about 21.5 inches. I love this skirt. I bought one for myself as well before it sold out.
