Cool black and neon red color Multiple zippered and velcro pockets Adjustable velcro tabs on waist Belt loops Legs have inner lining with button and velcro boot adjustments Outer leg layer also has zipper and velcro adjustable hem Fleece Lined Youth Med 12/14 Flaws: see pics; The waist button is missing, zipper works great. Right front belt loop is torn off on bottom, doesn't affect fit, not noticable, easily reattached
