tulipdaphnepink @mysassyposhmark Hi..thank you for your interest in this lovely linen vintage hat. The inside circumference is 22 1/4 inches. There isn’t a size tag only the makers tag. It’s made in Canada. Just a heads up….there is interest from another Posher.
