Vintage COTTON GINNY utilitarian button down shirt or over shirt. Dusty rose light weight polyester faux suede fabric. Slits at side seam hem (pic). Nicely constructed. Tagged a plus S. I’d say modern L or XL. Please see measurements, last pic. Two marks as seen in pics. Not terribly noticeable. I have not tried to remove them. Pilling on inside. Good vintage condition. great layering piece perfect for gardening & chores
