Strapless Ruched Mermaid Tulle Wedding Dress

Brand new dress bought at David’s bridal. Never used, never altered. Bought it and had to cancel wedding. It was ordered online and is still in the same box I received it with. I just took it out of the box to look at it and just folded it back in the box. Size is 0 and can be adjustable with the lace in the back.
