These are fabulous pants. Drawstring waist. Two front pockets, two faux pockets in the back. Lined shorts that come down 11 inches. Short shorts, crotch level. Highwaist with an 11 inch rise. Cropped at 23 inches. These are in very good condition and a dark navy blue. The last picture is the true color. According to their size chart at 28 inch waist is a small. My pictures are not good showing the pretty color of these. They are not faded at all.

@ashcarr30 oh, I get it. I put as many measurements as I can think of in the description but you can never be positive when you buy without trying on. It's hard to make that decision sometimes. But I will say again they are really nice pants, unique.
