savvynycshopper @gastronomme crotch to the top of ruffle is approx 19" and ruffle is approx 6" so total 25". Yes, fully lined to top of ruffle on the leg....

savvynycshopper @gastronomme hi sweetie it’s from urban Asher. The zipper runs quite smoothly. The elastic is just around the shoulder area and it’s not really that tight. Never was. Doesn’t really do much to hold it up. It kind of just stays up by itself if that makes sense because of the way it’s made.
