Very sweet little yellow blouse

This little yellow blouse falls just below the natural waist; it can be worn tucked in or untucked. The bottom hem is elastic and is gathered. The neckline has a large ruffle/upper layer trimmed with guipure lace; the neckline is gathered and has an elastic hem. Can be worn on or off-the-shoulder. Beautiful piece with a slightly Victorian look. Worn only twice; good condition.
