Exposed button fastening at the front from the neck, collared, long slightly puffed sleeves, buttoned cuffs, semi-sheer, self-tie at waist (organza belt and slip lining included). French sizing runs small, so while it's a "3" (which they consider a large), fits more like a medium (US 6). 36" shoulder to hem, 18" sleeves.
