shopatthehanger @bmcfry hi there! These are in my opinion stretchy. The waist and thighs are super stretchy. But then the bell bottom kind of stiffens to maintain its shape :) I’d say they are true to size but can stretch a lot if needed! :) hopefully that makes sense

shopatthehanger @alifindley they do make 12s but personally I only have the plus sizes. The brand name is L&B it’s a wholesaler but there’s a ton of small Texas boutiques who carry them!
