American Eagle black multicolored floral lace up blouse. Flowy crepe material. Body is black with white/pink/red flowers and blue leaves print. Blouse has a fully functional/adjustable lace up front, ties are beaded tassels (slight fraying around some of the beads, but you honestly can't notice unless you are really looking for it). Flutter/ruffle sleeves hit right above the elbow. 22.5" shoulder to hem length. 19" across chest.
