This prom dress has floral detail on the top piece and is solid on the bottom. The dress has lots of tulle and makes you feel like a princess when you wear it! jessicac604 Could you estimate the bust and waist measurements for me? Im looking for about 36 bust and 29 waist. Also, are there ruffles underneath that make it so poofy?

ootsaria @jessicac604 the skirt has crinoline underneath that makes it very poofy! If that is not desired it is a separate layer from the dress and could easily be cut out. I am not sure of the measurements but if you normally wear size medium tops it may be too small. I have a 29 inch waist and a 34 inch bust and it fits me well. I hope this helps :)
