dodgergirl67 It's been a Crazy Aweful week! the other Wrap dress I'm Exchanging is still in shipping return box waiting to be shipped. I'll definitely run to PO on my lunch today and ship it back. this was one of the dresses I was thinking of exchange it for! but I noticed it's another "Wrap" Dress. but looks different than the one I'm sending Back? is THIS one Elastic Waist? I wear a Size 12 in Dress and was shocked the one I'm Exchanging absolutely wouldn't Wrap all the way around.
