Vintage Floral Button Down Blouse

EUC black blouse with floral pattern, pointed collar, padded collar and sleeve cuffs, covered buttons, bandied waist with side slits on sides at bottom of blouse. No size in blouse my estimate is small: 18 inches pit to pit, 24 1/2 inches long, sleeve length 22 inches. Fabric is probably polyester. Best guess made in the 70’s.
