Hell Bunny Inspired Skirt XXL Rockabilly Skirt

Hell Bunny INSPIRED Black White Polka Dot Circle Skirt Retro Rockabilly 1950s 1960s XXL 2XL No care instructions or fabric information, but it is freshly machine washed and line dried and pressed. My best guess the fabric is cotton/elastane or cotton/spandex blend with moderate stretch/give. Zip closure in the back. The swing circle has a moderate "twirl" to it :) Waist flat: 16.5" Length: 24.7" Area of stain, see the last picture. The fold/flare ensures it is not noticible!
