Black & White Off-the-Shoulder Dress

Black & white pattern, off-the-shoulder dress. Bought off an internet pop up add, but the polyester fabric drapes beautifully and this dress is very flattering. Laying flat approximate measurements are 18” chest & 28” total length. (But since dress is worn off the shoulder, you can adjust how the dress fits on you). Excellent condition!
