Attractive teal cardigan/runs large

This cardigan runs large so please check the measurements. It is lightweight with a nice shoulder detail and cascading front. Approximate measurements are PTP 25 inches but it's open so difficult to measure and length goes from 22 to 32 inches. Scarf sold separately but bundle for extra savings. Small repaired hole on shoulder. please see last pic. cannot see when wearing.
