this is not the ACTUAL otterroo but a similar mechanism to the baby neck float. I’m glad i bought this one just to try it because my daughter ended up being too big for it at 6 months. it does have little jingle balls on the inside which she liked more than the float itself lol it also has the handles to hold onto for the bath. I guess from storage, one of the top latches fell off. It still closes just fine since the bottom one is working and the float itself is superrrr closely spaced.
