LN Sadie & Sage floral dress

Sadie & Sage sz SMALL dress Length-33-35" (35 in pics, on me) Chest - 30" 80% Rayon, 20% Modacrylic Off white /white with floral detail. I just bought it but the chest is way too small for me. Could also fit XS. (I'm 5'4, 125lbs, 34B)
