I purchased this Velvet Heart dress from a cute little boutique in Asheville, NC. I wore it a handful of times, but you’d never guess, as it’s still in perfect condition. This dress features a washed out effect look, with hi-lo side hemlines, and a little tie around waist. It is a button down dress, and lighter weight material. Fun, causal dress💗
