4th + Reckless black high waisted pants

Gorgeous pants!! Super cool looking. High rise fit. Black white white piping down the front. Can be dressed up or down. I can’t find a size tag anywhere in them. Based on their size chart I would guess they are a size 6 or 8. I’m a 10 and they’re too small on me. See waist measurement in photos, no stretch.
