22margaret @danielle771 hello :) no worries, sorry that statement has slightly confused u, let me explain. When an item from Torrid's website is an 'online exclusive' it means it's not available: in their Canadian stores and needs to be ordered in from the US...this usually means I pay duties and shipping for the item and I have to factor that into the price, so it may be slightly higher than the ticket price or that I can't discount it more than it is, so I have to go firm with the price.

22margaret @danielle771 hopefully that clarifies it better for you. I do my best to keep those charges to a minimal and they are already factored into the listing price of the item.
