CDC Evening women's black long gown, needs work 10

CDC Evening women's black formal long dress/gown. This dress is beautiful BUT it has a problem. I know someone on Poshmark can help it- it’s got some red discoloration on the top in a couple places- see pictures. I don’t know why. Maybe it’s only good for a costume, maybe it can be dyed and worn in all its glory. I hope someone out there can restore it!! Is it you? Thank you for browsing our closet! JF114
