Forever 21 Off the Shoulder White Mini Dress. Worn once, no staining of any sort on the white cloth material. Has a beautiful red embroidery detail and cute pom poms on the end of the sleeves and running along bottom of the dress. Top of the dress has elastic to allow it to stretch and fit for off the shoulder look. It is on the shorter side so unsure how it’d fit taller individuals. Look in my closet to bundle with other items :)
