mamapoodle Hey desertdivallc, I am having a big struggle with customer service over getting a return/refund for this item which I bought. The measurements were not given in the posting I bought from. Indeed the garment has been mismarked by the manufacturer - perhaps a second? When you handled photographed and packed it must have been obvious that this was NOT a 1X - might fit a petite size 4. Do the right thing, refund me and re-mark so someone who could actually get it over their head might buy it.
