labeteda1984 @lisaklopp723 hii:) I found it lol! So the side measurement is 17inches. Its supposed to be high waist and it goes like 5-6 inches above my knees(5'9') you can pull it up or down its very soft and elastic. Like brand new just figured I cannot do high waisted items🤦🏼‍♀️
