nuriastore Hiiii I received the package, but i have sn issue with the scarf. There is a hole 🫤☹️😔 so if i could return it for a refund will be greatly appreciated. Please advise. I’m so sad :(

simply_sold So sorry! Not sure what happened to the other photos where this was featured clearly. They were uploaded and fine when I listed the item and our photos are part of our listing to illustrate the condition of the item. "Sold as pictured." I think Poshmark should side with us both since it appears that the phots became corrupted or fell off the site because they were clearly there when I listed it hence the thumb nails showing where they once were. I did give a big discount on this bundle too:-(

simply_sold I'm happy to have them give a discount on the scarf as I really try 100% to be a good seller and want my customers to be happy! If the pictures hadn't dropped off of the site you would have seen a closer shot of that defect - We ALWAYS highlight anything that is a flaw in our photos so people know exactly what they're getting. It was reduced way down from where I noramlly would price this type of item because of that.

simply_sold The scarf alone resells normally for $70 by itself ( slightly less than the price of the entire bundle) but because it wasn't in perfect condition, I priced it way lower. Hoping Poshmark does the right thing here which they normally do and takes care of us both.....stay tuned:-)

simply_sold Ugh, they didn’t do what i had hoped🥲 It can be random on these platforms and sometimes i don’t think they read any of the cimnents🤣🤣 They said in the notes when they close the case saying, they had released my funds that they had “reached a resolution with the buyer” so does that mean that they gave you a partial refund as I hoped they would? If not, I will stay on this and figure out how to make it right for you not fair for either of us to have to eat this,
