Vintage Cosplay Anime Super TRIPPY mod mini dress

This is so cool! I’ve never seen anything like it! Not sure the fabric content but feels like woven wool. No size marked so check my measurements carefully before purchase! Top is cape that buttons at collar. Connects 2 skirt with a super cool dot! Waist snaps and has Velcro on other side. I’m not sure when this was made but it’s funky! Def one of a kind! 16 across shoulders ( aprox) 12 in top of waist 11 in bottom of waist 16 in from waist to hem in back 28 in from collar to back hem in back
