erizberri @sn09186 hi! it's not scratched but slightly dented from the strap due to it being stored in its box - I actually missed this, thanks for pointing it out! I put up another photo for reference.

erizberri @sn09186 honestly I'm unsure - when you run your fingers on it, you don't feel a crease... it feels smooth. I have now stored the bag in a different way and they have seemed to get less noticeable...hope that helps! definitely open to offers!
