Pierre Cardin gold diamond initial M pendant

This is a gorgeous designer pendant by Pierre Cardin. It consists of an initial M pendant with a genuine / Natural diamond inside the end curl of the M (tested positive for diamond with selector II diamond tester). I’m not sure if it is solid gold, so I’m selling it as gold plated. It however look like solid gold. I will update the description once I have it acid tested. There is a P logo at the clasp of the chain. It measures 16 inches log and is in excellent vintage condition.
